PAWS Rescue Clinic · Little Pet Vet
Veterinary care for the little animals who need it most
Through the partnership between PAWS Rescue Clinic and Little Pet Vet, vulnerable rabbits, guinea pigs and other small animals receive the expert veterinary care they need to heal, recover and be given every possible chance.

A funded clinic created for small lives with big stories
Many rescue animals arrive with complex problems: painful dental disease, abscesses, eye injuries, chronic illness, congenital disabilities or years of neglect. PAWS Rescue Clinic helps bridge the gap between what these animals need and what rescue groups can afford.
Small animal care
Rabbits and guinea pigs need knowledgeable, species-specific veterinary care. Little Pet Vet provides advanced medicine, dentistry and surgery for animals who often have nowhere else to turn.
Support for rescue groups
We work with rescue organisations and foster carers to provide discounted, subsidised and donated veterinary services that make treatment possible.
Every animal matters
Some stories end in recovery. Some end in goodbye. All of them matter, because every animal deserves comfort, dignity and compassionate care.

Why PAWS exists
Rescue medicine is not just treatment. It is a promise.
It is a promise that a rabbit with a jaw abscess is not just a bill. A guinea pig with chronic illness is not just a cost. A tiny animal with a complicated future is still worthy of time, skill, patience and love.
PAWS Rescue Clinic exists so rescue groups can say yes to animals who would otherwise have limited options, and so foster carers are not left fighting alone.
What your support helps provide
Dental surgery
Advanced dentistry, dental radiographs, tooth extractions and long-term dental disease management.
Hospital care
Pain relief, fluids, assisted feeding, careful monitoring and intensive nursing support.
Diagnostics
Blood testing, culture and sensitivity testing, imaging and treatment planning for complex cases.
Second chances
The chance for vulnerable animals to recover, be adopted, stay comfortable or be farewelled with dignity.
Their stories are why we do this
Meet the animals whose lives were changed through rescue, foster care and veterinary treatment. Some fought their way back to comfort. Some were given peace after suffering. All of them were loved.
A partnership built on compassion
PAWS Rescue Clinic supports the work of rescue groups by helping fund veterinary services provided through Little Pet Vet. Together, we make advanced care more accessible for animals whose treatment would otherwise be difficult or impossible to provide.
Your support helps turn fear into safety, pain into comfort, and uncertainty into one more chance.

Help us keep saying yes
Every donation helps provide veterinary care for rescue animals who need surgery, medicine, diagnostics, hospitalisation, pain relief and the chance to live with comfort and dignity.
